DANZA E COMUNICAZIONE CORPOREA DI BARBARA PIGA

Al teatro dei Cocci, in via Galvani 69, nell'ambito della manifestazione TestaccioLab, è andato in scena lo spettacolo di danza e comunicazione corporea di Barbara Piga, intitolato 'Janas. 01: il clandestino'.Ispirandosi al quadro del pittore siciliano Andrea Cannizzo: 'Una lacrima su un campo di margherite' la coreografa e performer ha avviato una ricerca sociale sul tema della clandestinità che l'ha portata ad ideare uno spettacolo d'arte multimediale forte ed emozionante, in grado di accompagnare lo spettatore all'interno del tessuto sociale del nostro tempo. Attraverso l'esibizione, inoltre, si vuole trasferire le emozioni che il pittore ha definito sulla tela, in un'autentica espressione corporea e lo scopo è raggiunto in pieno.In scena, ogni danzatore riveste un ruolo preciso, individuabile fin dalle prime azioni, il risultato è ottenuto grazie a un lungo lavoro di ricerca psicologica, simbolica ed estetica, effettuato su ogni interprete, volto alla creazione di un'immagine pura che diventa comunicazione attiva dell'interiorità. Tra i danzatori e il pubblico è stata abbattuta ogni barriera, i costumi di scena sono una seconda pelle sporca dei colori vivi della vita, cosicché l'espressione di ogni singola esternazione corporea passi direttamente dal danzatore allo spettatore senza alcun filtro extraIl movimento diviene comunicazione e diventa una cosa sola con le musiche create appositamente per questo spettacolo. Per la realizzazione del materiale inerente alla coreografia e del materiale scenografico sono stati scelti altri quattro dipinti e come ispirazione alcuni manoscritti dello scrittore siciliano Guido Campailla.Barbara Piga, laureata in scienze motorie presso il S.U.I.S.M. di Torino, si specializza al 'Centre de dance de marie' di Parigi nel 1996, e attualmente svolge, oltre all'attività d'insegnamento, quella artistica e televisiva come ballerina e coreografa. Le sue performances ispirate alle opere d'arte, eseguite nell'ambito di TestaccioLab, hanno riscosso ogni sera l'interesse del pubblico: Barbara Piga riesce a rendere attraverso l'espressività dei movimenti corporei, l'essenza della creazione d'arte. Nello spettacolo 'Janas-01:ilclandestino' hanno danzato: Barbara Piga, Valentina Loche, Federica Medda, Noemi Valente, Monica Vitolo, Audrey Quinto.

Devo scrivere dell'arte d'Andrea così come l'ho veduta per la prima volta, senza intellettualistiche mediazioni, per rendere l'effetto che ha avuto su di me come persona, come spettatrice e come artista. Solo così, con un approccio diretto di coinvolgimento emotivo posso tentare di scrivere del suo mondo d'artista e del linguaggio che Andrea usa per esprimerlo. Senza questo tipo d'approccio, senza coinvolgimento emotivo e spirituale un'opera d'arte resta solo un piacevole o colto manufatto.
Dalle sue tele, dalle fotografie e dai videoclips ci appare una visione della realtà densa ed affollata di figure e d'oggetti, carica di colore, di movimento fermato in un istante urlato, dopo un doloroso ripiegamento della coscienza in se stessa. 'Vede' la realtà, la vive con intensità e la trasfigura in una visione originale e libera. Si esprime questa visione trasfigurata col disegno forte e pulito ed essenziale o con colore puro e stridente senza contorni di forte impatto visivo, da cui emerge e viene esaltato un particolare che ci lascia incantati, spiazzati e sinceri...
I suoi lavori, espressi sia in arte figurativa sia in altri linguaggi multimediali, ben raccontano il suo cammino d'uomo e d'artista, la sua ricerca sofferta di conoscenza e di trascendenza che diventa poesia, colore, luce. Il linguaggio d'Andrea è fortemente originale pur recando in sé l'eco di diverse e antiche culture assimilate nel corso del tempo dalla terra in cui è nato.
I suoi lavori cosi intensi arrivano a noi come un'impetuosa onda di marea, come un'ombra nera e netta in un giorno assolato, che diventa espressione di realtà 'altra', un suono lontano, riascoltato o ritrovato dentro di noi. Chi può dire del limite di ciò che è reale, chi meglio di questo artista può raccontare il sogno e il mito?
Sta raggiungendo una maturità ed intensità espressiva rinnovata e profonda. Forse quelle immagini le aveva dentro da sempre e ora vengono fuori in modo poetico e potente che coinvolge nell'intimo, fino ai nostri angoli più nascosti e tocca tutte le nostre corde, dal Lirismo al Realismo Trasfigurato, all'Onirico e Surreale. Si sente la Pittura, la Danza, una specie di magia sciamanica, una nostalgia di purezza che è più pura della purezza stessa; ha la durezza e la trasparenza del cristallo, una drammaticità resa rarefatta e trasfigurata nel sogno. Anche il dettaglio cercato e spietato diventa cosi ingigantito nell'anima che, diventa un tutto eguale al tutto. Si sente l'origine, la sorgente e il nostro vagare e perdersi, il ripiegamento su se stessi, la follia, il ritmo della mente, la grandezza della nostra caducità. Ho sentito chiaramente tutte queste cose…
E le figure, i volti così enigmatici in conoscibili, eppure riecheggiano dentro come se li conoscessi da sempre.

Biografia

Andrea Cannizzo nasce a Comiso(Rg) il 21/05/1977. Consegue il Diploma superiore presso il Liceo Scientifico Statale "Stanislao Cannizzaro" di Vittoria(Rg). All’ età di diciannove anni si trasferisce a Roma. Nel 1999, vista la passione per la cucina, trasmessagli dalla nonna materna Teresa, si iscrive ad un corso di Alta Cucina Italiana(Roma), con insegnanti Chef di fama internazionale. Dal 2000 al 2005 lavora presso i migliori alberghi della Capitale con mansione di Chef de Partie. Nel frattempo, tra i suoi hobby e passioni, matura sempre di più la voglia d’Arte. Una nuova passione, quella per l’Arte, che lo segnano per sempre, portandolo a rivoluzionare in modo netto la sua vita. All’ età di 28 anni incontra Barbara Piga (Coreografo), che insieme a Maurizio Calabro Giua (Lancome Make up Artist ), nasce lo spettacolo il Clandestino. Grazie al supporto di "Spazi Multipli" e Il "Micro" di Roma, viene messo in scena nel settembre del 2005 presso il "Teatro dei Cocci", inserito nella manifestazione di "Testaccio Lab"; ottenendo un discreto successo di pubblico, critica ed attenzione su stampa e media nazionali. Un’ installazione d’arte multimediale suddivisa in quadri scenografici. Ispirandosi al quadro "Lacrima su un campo di margherite gialle" di Andrea Cannizzo, la Performer e Coreografo Barbara Piga, ha voluto trasferire le emozioni che il pittore ha definito sulla tela, in un’autentica espressione corporea. In scena, ogni danzatore riveste un ruolo ben preciso. Il risultato è ottenuto grazie ad un lungo lavoro di ricerca psicologia, simbolica ed estetica effettuata su ogni interprete, volto alla creazione di un’immagine pura a cura di Maurizio Calabro Giua, che diventa comunicazione attiva dell’interiorità. Come ispirazione sono stati scelti alcuni manoscritti dello Scrittore siciliano / Tecnico navale Guido Campailla. Nel 2005, dopo quasi dieci anni romani, si trasferisce in Sicilia e riscopre la sua terra come fonte d’ispirazione e studio a cielo aperto. Comincia cosi la sua attività artistica e pubblica, attraverso mostre, eventi, direzioni artistiche, management e comunicazione, curatore e moda. Si interessano di lui l’Artista Vincenzo Napolitano, l’Artista Annalisa Campailla, L’Artista Ligia Dorina Dumitrache, componendo per lui delle critiche e collaborando in progetti artistici. Dal 2006 al 2007 lavora come grafico e pubblicitario presso l’azienda "City Comunication" di Vittoria (Rg). Un giovane in continua ricerca e in movimento! Attualmente lavora come libero professionista e/o progettista: grafica, pittura, seller, lavori su commissione per enti pubblici e privati. Si definisce un’operatore dell’Arte. Pittore , Fotografo…Autodidatta. Andrea è in studio con la maestra d’ arte Ligia Dorina Dumitrache, arricchendo così la sua esperienza di nuovi orizzonti artistici. Il 2009 segna per lui una svolta artistica verso la Fotografia, pur mantenedo viva la passione per la Pittura. Attualmente Andrea Cannizzo collabora (come video-dance maker) ad un progetto di ricerca scientifica che ha come oggetto l'analisi sociologica del movimento " Il peso dello spazio nel corpo, il peso del corpo nello spazio" . Da un corpo e uno spazio comunicanti ad uno spazio e un corpo significanti. Il progetto di ricerca, condotto dalla Dott.ssa Barbara Piga , direttore artistico e coreografa della JanasDanceCompany e dalla Dott.ssa Lara Borghini, docente di danza contemporanea ha preso vita nell'ambito dell'Accademia Nazionale di Danza di Roma in occasione della stesura della tesi di ricerca sperimentale presentata dalle stesse per il conseguimento della laurea di secondo livello per l'insegnamento delle disclipline coreutiche indirizzo danza contemporanea.
